Frances specialises in dispute resolution and is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution section of the Business Services Team. Frances has worked as a commercial litigator since qualifying both in Australia for 9 years and England and Wales for 5 years.
Frances deals with a full range of commercial litigation matters including commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, commercial fraud, professional indemnity, public and product liability claims, debt recovery and the use of alternate dispute resolution, such as mediation.
Frances acts on behalf of a range of clients, business owners, companies and partnerships. Frances is currently on maternity leave, returning to the office in November 2008.
