James qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and has extensive experience in commercial and general litigation. In March 2005 James qualified as a Solicitor Advocate providing him with the same rights of representation in all courts as a Barrister. This allows James to provide a dual service of a Solicitor and a Barrister to our client's. He has represented clients at numerous court hearings both in the County Court and High Court to include both interim hearings and final hearings. His expertise is within all aspects of commercial and property litigation.
