Rhodri joined the firm in 2005 as a Clinical Negligence specialist. He has the benefit of previously doing defendant work but is now an experienced claimant specialist acting for clients who have been subjected to substandard medical treatment.
He has experience of dealing with birth related injuries, surgical mistakes, orthopaedic claims, catastrophic claims and claims involving both wrongful and delays in diagnosis.
In April 2006 he was also awarded Higher Rights of Audience enabling Rhodri to appear on behalf of clients in the Higher Courts as a Solicitor Advocate.
More recently Rhodri has also been working on cases within the field of Community Care Law, acting on behalf of clients receiving Nursing Care which should have been provided on a fully funded basis by the NHS
Rhodri is a member of the Law Society, the Solicitors Association of Higher Courts Advocates, APIL and the American Association for Justice.
