As Chief Executive Ron has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the firm. He heads the Executive Board and works closely with the senior management of the firm including Partners and Directors to ensure that the firms key objectives are defined and achieved. Additionally, Ron, a financial accountant by profession, also has specific responsibility for the Finance and IT Departments.
