Simon is a Partner and Head of the Business Services Team. Originally from London, Simon qualified in 1997 and after several years working in both the West End and Putney, he moved to Cardiff in 2005, joining Leo Abse & Cohen at the start of 2008.
Although Simon has particular expertise in all aspects of Landlord & Tenant work and the acquisition and disposal of land for development and investment purposes, he also has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of secured lending; property portfolio management and residential development.
Simon loves to travel and took a year out before moving to Cardiff to explore South America, Antarctica, New Zealand & Australia.
