Spencer qualified in 1993 and has 14 years experience in helping victims of clinical negligence. He has regularly been accredited in this area of law by the professions' peer review Institutions, being named as a leader in Wales for clinical negligence. Having been described as "a very efficient force to be reckoned with" and "a leading personality with sound technical skills", he deals with all kind of medical accident, although fatal clinical negligence claims are a particular speciality.
Spencer has been involved in many cutting edge cases in this area of law, a number of which have been reported and attracted national media interest e.g cervical screening, psychiatric negligence, obstetric cases and Inquests. He has extensive trial experience.
